Server DC-DC Power Solution
 
Based on the power supply design requirement of Intel VR12.5/VR13 platform, convert 12V to CPU/Memory and additional voltage required by the board (1.8V, 1.2V, 5V, 3.3V, 2.5V, etc.). CPU/Memory needs to meet SVID communication protocol, at the same time, DC-DC Multi-phase application satisfies low voltage high current requirement. While the other load of the board including BMC, PCH, USB, PCIE, CPLD etc. rely on single phase POL to complete conversion.
